Projects may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, models, cloud services, or open-source components. ARKSOFT is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service limitations introduced by third parties.
Payments and Commercial Terms
Fees, billing schedule, taxes, reimbursements, and late-payment handling are defined in project agreements or invoices. ARKSOFT may pause work for materially overdue balances where permitted by contract.
Warranties Disclaimer
Website content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, ARKSOFT disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability

Termination
